Protection of personal data (“GDPR”)

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements relating to personal data protection law

Entry into force of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (commonly referred to as “GDPR”) not only comprehensively regulated the issue of personal data protection, but also forced changes in other branches of law, i.a. labor code, telecommunications law, public procurement law or regulations regarding social insurance and combating crime.

Currently, the issue of personal data protection permeates the entire legal order in all aspects of its application.

Our team provides support in verifying the correctness of application of personal data protection regulations and privacy policies in business activities.
